Q: What is air force shoes Return Policy?

A: We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All air Air force one shoes purchased from AF1-NOW.COM can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 7 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to Manufacturers (example: Nike air force 1  LOW) .  We can not guarantee the condition of the shoebox. For collectors or as a gift, please add a note on the note line when placing the order for us to pick the best air force shoebox.
